Credibuilt started as a side project in 2024 — three founders, frustrated by clunky testimonial tools, scribbled what the “fair version” would look like on a kitchen napkin. Today, that napkin is software thousands of teams use to grow.
Our mission
Make collecting and showcasing customer testimonials so effortless that every business — from a one‑person Etsy shop to a Series C SaaS — can do it without hiring an agency, paying for video production, or wrestling with another tool.
We measure ourselves by one number: time from sign‑up to first published testimonial. Today’s median is 11 minutes. We want it under 5.
