This Privacy Policy explains how Credibuilt, Inc. (“Credibuilt,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use credibuilt.com and the Credibuilt service.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, workspace info you provide on sign‑up.
• Testimonial content — videos, audio, text and metadata you and your customers submit.
• Usage data — IP, browser, device, pages viewed (server logs and privacy‑first analytics).
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, send transactional and (with consent) marketing email, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share it

We never sell your data. We share it only with sub‑processors listed at /subprocessors (Stripe, AWS, Resend, Cloudflare) and only as needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

You may access, export, correct or delete your personal data at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@credibuilt.com. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored within 30 days.

Data location

Production data is stored in AWS us‑east‑1 and eu‑west‑1. EU customer data is hosted in eu‑west‑1 by default. All data encrypted at rest (AES‑256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Retention

Testimonials are retained for the duration of your account. Deleted testimonials are purged from backups within 35 days.

Cookies

We use a single first‑party session cookie. No third‑party trackers on credibuilt.com.
